goodness...

a lot of unpleasant crap has been going on mostly involving our friends The Bickersons (see right) that has been making me think about my husband and our life and how much I appreciate him and what we have - it ain't perfect but it works for us

the other day I was out hanging the laundry on the line and I couldn't help but smile - it's been absolutely GORGEOUS here in kittyville... sunny, breezy, temps in the upper 60's - in my opinion there is NO better weather (except maybe a thunderstorm!!) hehehe

all around me birds were singing, the smell of freshly cut grass was in the air , wild flowers are blooming everywhere

anyway... even the giant scary vultures flying overhead looked pretty swooping in their overlapping circles - and I thought how AWESOME that this is my life!!

to live in such a beautiful area - even to be in a town that allows me to have a clothes line - can you believe some places don't allow them? o_O
actually I don't know why that surprises me... where Ohio friend lives they don't even have recycling!!

to have the time to enjoy the world around me and for it all to be so awesome is really a blessing ya know?

with all the yuck going on in the world both far away and close to home it's nice to have such a wonderful life - a great guy that loves me to pieces and just sooooooo MUCH to be thankful for

as I was sitting at the picnic table pairing up socks to clip to the line I remembered the big reason I wanted this laptop was so that on nice days like we've been having lately I could sit out here while I do all my usual computery stuff - grocery list making, news reading, blog hopping and whatnot... hopefully 'whatnot' is more blog WRITING!!

I've really been neglecting the whole thing lately - for months now actually and it turns out I miss it =(
but maybe now that the weather is getting nicer I can climb out of the wintry fog and get back on track... OUTSIDE... with the fresh air, the birds, the flowers - and YOU =)
